A little about us…

We're not just another strategy consulting company. We're here to shake things up, challenge the status quo, and make a real impact.

Ali Bissonnette and Adam Eynon have nearly 25 years of combined experience that ranges from classroom instruction and K-12 leadership to college administration and non-profit strategy.

We are about pushing boundaries and thinking outside the box. We thrive on creativity and strategic thinking, and ensure that our work provides research-based solutions, backed by data, with equity at the core.

  • Ali began her career in education as a teacher at a charter school in South Los Angeles. She went on to work at an education nonprofit that organized parents with children at low-performing schools. From the nonprofit sector, Ali landed at the University of Southern California and ran their Center for the Political Future. Most recently was the dean of instruction at Lake Tahoe Community College and now serves as Chief of Staff for Strategic Initiatives. Ali has worked directly with students to improve their reading and with families to provide education on their rights and resources for making system-wide change. She has developed cornerstone programs for USC that engage both the local K-12 populations as well as the college community, and has helped to oversee enrollment growth and increased student success at LTCC. Ali’s dynamic role as a leader and executor in the education sector has allowed her to create real change on behalf of students and communities in the name of an equitable education for all students.

  • Adam Eynon has been an innovator in education for 14 years. As an alumni of Teach for America, Adam has experience in both K-12 and college level.

Adam spent eight years as a teacher and then an administrator for Da Vinci Schools based in El Segundo, CA where he developed innovative project based learning curriculum, coached and trained staff and teachers, and developed industry partnerships to support teachers and students with real world applications in the classroom. Adam then moved to South Lake Tahoe, CA with his family where he was an administrator for two and a half years. In his new role Adam brought innovative and progressive practices such as mastery based grading, project based learning curriculum, and restorative justice practices.

In his current role as Director of Dual Enrollment and Outreach at Lake Tahoe Community College Adam has grown the program from 500 course enrollments to over 900. He has also implemented strategic practices that have contributed to the increase of first year college student enrollments.
